52. Staff of the Tribunal
(1)The Judicial Service Commission shall appoint such staff of the Tribunal as may be necessary for the proper functioning of the Tribunal and in accordance with the Judicial Service Act.(2)Without prejudice to subsection (1), the Judicial Service Commission may second staff to the Tribunal as may be necessary for the performance of the functions of the Tribunal.
