63. Incentives

(1)An incentive granted for special economic zone under the Special Economic Zones Act, (Cap. 517A) or any other written law shall apply to the Authority and any person in a Technopolis.

(2)The Cabinet Secretary may, by notice in the Gazette, grant incentives to investors operating in a Technopolis.
