6. Application
(1)A person who meets the criteria for conferment of the rank of Senior Counsel under rule 7 may submit an application to the Committee in accordance with this rule.(2)An application under paragraph (1) shall be submitted to the Secretary on or before the thirty-first day of March or on such date as the Committee shall stipulate.(3)An applicant under paragraph (1) shall submit, together with his application, such information or evidence necessary to ascertain that he meets the criteria specified under rule 7.
