21. Categorisation of affordable housing units

21. Categorisation of affordable housing units
(1)The Board shall categorise affordable housing units in an affordable housing scheme into the allocation pools based on the level of income.(2)The pools referred to in paragraph (1) shall be categorised as follows—(a)social housing units which shall be for applicants whose monthly income is below twenty thousand shillings;(b)affordable housing units which shall be for applicants whose monthly income is between twenty thousand and one hundred and forty-nine thousand shillings; and(c)affordable middle-class housing units which shall be for applicants whose monthly income is over one hundred and fort-nine thousand shillings.
