4. Application for allocation of an affordable housing unit

4. Application for allocation of an affordable housing unit
(1)A person who meets the eligibility criteria specified in regulation 3 and intends to purchase an affordable housing unit shall submit to the Board an electronic application for allocation of an affordable housing unit in Form 1 set out in the Schedule.(2)The Board shall, within ninety days after receiving an application made under paragraph (1)—(a)verify the authenticity of documents attached to the application; and(b)evaluate the ability of the applicant to meet the payment obligations for the selected affordable housing unit.
