8. Notification of change of particulars
A licensee shall—(a)notify the District Committee of his intention to change the name or contact address he filed with the District Committee at least thirty days before effecting such change; and(b)notify the District Committee and the public of any trade or brand name he intends to use at least thirty days prior to using the trade or brand name.
