Any person who contravenes this Order and the provisions of the Amu Sand-dunes Management Guidelines commits an offence and is liable upon conviction to a fine of one hundred thousand shillings or imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year, or both such fine and imprisonment.Source: Kenya Law
