35. Director to enter land and erect notices
The Director or a person authorized by him in writing may, for the purpose of restricting the movement of animals, enter upon any land, whether privately owned or not, and erect and maintain thereon any fences, notice boards, or beacons, or remove any fence, notice board or beacon so erected.Source: Kenya Law
