4. Examination of imported animals
(1)All animals which have been imported shall be moved to a place of quarantine by the inspecting officer for examination in accordance with these Rules, and shall be subject to any special directions or orders (including orders to destruction) as the Director may issue.(2)Any person who removes an animal from a place of quarantine without the written authority of an inspecting officer, or who fails to comply with any direction or order of the Director issued under paragraph (1), shall be guilty of an offence.
