43. Orders as to method of carcass disposal
The Director or veterinary officer may issue orders as to the method of disposal of the carcasses of animals which have died from a notifiable disease and any expense incurred in complying with such orders shall be borne by the owners of the carcasses and any person who fails to comply with any such order issued to him shall be guilty of an offence.[L.N. 259/1974.]Source: Kenya Law
