No liability shall attach to the Government or any public officer in respect of any loss or damage which may be suffered as a result of any of the services rendered by the Government or a public officer upon payment of the prescribed fees, or as a result of the use of any of the products sold or supplied by or on behalf of the Director.Source: Kenya Law
