5. Appointment of inspectors
(1)The Board shall issue a Certificate of Authority in Form ACA 1 set out in the First Schedule, to an inspector appointed under section 22 of the Act.(2)An inspector shall, during the performance of his duties, produce the Certificate of Authority for the purpose of identification.
