In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires ―“Agency” means the Anti-doping Agency established under paragraph 3;"Cabinet Secretary" means the Cabinet Secretary for the time being responsible for matters relating to sports; and"Chief Executive Officer" means the Chief Executive Officer appointed under paragraph 13.Source: Kenya Law
