1. Citation
These Regulations may be cited as the Anti-Doping Regulations.2. Application
(1)The provisions of the World Anti-Doping Rules which are set out in the Schedule to these Regulations have the force of law in Kenya.(2)The comments annotating various provisions of the World Doping Code (Code) prescribed by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) are incorporated by reference into these Regulations, shall be treated as if set out fully, and shall be used to interpret these Regulations.3. Revocation of L.N. No. 216/2016
The Anti-Doping Rules, 2016 (L.N. 216/2016) are revoked.
