53. Board’s action on completion of inquiry

The Board having inquired into the alleged misconduct of any person may—

(a)take no further action; or

(b)caution the person; or

(c)inflict a fine, not exceeding £100 on the said person; or

(d)apply to the High Court in the terms of section 13 of the Act and thereupon act accordingly.
