48. Inspection of record of proceedings
A party to proceedings before the Board shall be entitled to inspect the record or transcript of it and a party entitled to be heard in an appeal filed from such proceedings shall be entitled to be supplied with a copy of a transcript of such proceedings against payment, if so ordered by the Board, of copying charges at such reasonable rate as the Board may direct.Source: Kenya Law
