IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 53(1) of the Banking Act, the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury and Economic Planning exempts the Gulf Africa Bank Limited from the provisions of section 13(1) of the Banking Act for a period of five years with effect from the 1st March, 2026.
