45. Meetings of the Board
(1)The Board shall hold its meetings at least once in every three months but may hold such additional meetings as circumstances may render necessary.(2)The quorum for meetings of the Board shall be at least three members, but where the Board is comprised of more than five directors, the quorum shall be at least fifty per cent of all directors.
