65. Administrators
(1)An officer who does not comply with a requirement of an administrator appointed under section 35B of the Act, commits a violation and is liable, upon assessment to a penalty not exceeding one million shillings.(2)An officer who obstructs an administrator appointed under section 35B of the Act, commits a violation and is liable, upon assessment to a penalty not exceeding one million shillings.(3)An officer who provides false or misleading information to an administrator appointed under section 35B of the Act commits a violation and is liable, upon assessment to a penalty not exceeding one million shillings.
