74. Determination of assessment
Within seven days of making a determination under regulation 73, the Central Bank shall issue a notice to the person who was suspected of committing a violation, specifying—(a)the violation for which the assessment was made;(b)the amount of the penalty imposed;(c)the period within which the penalty imposed is to be paid;(d)the manner in which the penalty imposed is to be paid;(e)the identity of the person who is to pay the penalty imposed; and(f)where the Central Bank determines that the person suspected of committing the violation is not liable, the dismissal of the assessment.
