78. Imposition of penalty upon natural persons
(1)Where the Central Bank imposes a penalty for a violation which was committed by a body corporate and whose liability includes a penalty to a natural person, the Central Bank may impose the penalty upon the natural person either individually or jointly with the corporate body.(2)A penalty imposed upon a natural person shall only be payable from the resources of the natural person.
