80. Consideration of request for review
(1)When considering a request made under regulation 79, the Central Bank may invite the person who made the request to submit written representations, or such additional information, as the Central Bank considers necessary to make a determination.(2)The Central Bank shall make the determination under paragraph (1) within thirty days after receiving the request, issue a notice, in writing, to the person who made the request of the determination and the reasons for the determination.
