14. Insufficient funds for activities
(1)Where funds from the government for a particular co-curricular activity are found to be inadequate the concerned institutions shall in writing notify the County Director of Education of the deficit three months prior to the commencement of the activity.(2)Upon receipt of the notice, the County Director of Education in liaison with the County Education Board shall consult the Cabinet Secretary on how to meet the deficit.
