12. Appointments, etc., of pool betting agents to be notified to Board
(1)The holder of a promoter’s licence or a principal agent’s licence shall, within seven days of the appointment, revocation of appointment or reappointment of an agent, notify the Board in writing of the appointment, revocation of appointment or reappointment.(2)A person who fails to comply with this regulation shall be guilty of an offence.
