15A. No credit, markers or discounts
(1)No public gaming house operator shall—(a)give credit, markers or discounts to players in such gaming houses; or(b)play or allow his immediate relatives to play in the gaming house in respect of which they hold a licence.(2)Any person who contravenes the provisions of this regulation shall be guilty of an offence and liable to a fine of not less than ten thousand shillings or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year, or to both.
