14. Review of decisions
Where the Authority or a person granted an approval under these Regulations considers that—(a)a change in circumstances has occurred which may influence the approval or the conditions issued under the approval; or(b)additional relevant scientific or technical information has become available, the Authority may on its own volition or on the request of the person granted the approval, review its decision.
