In these Rules, except where the context otherwise requires—"compulsory registration area" deleted by L.N. 153/2024, r. 2.;“registrar” means a person appointed to notify or where applicable to register births and deaths within a registration area in any registration area occurring in hospital, at home or in a sub-county and includes an officer in charge of a hospital and an officer in charge of a sub-location and sub-county.[L.N. 153/2024, r. 2.]Source: Kenya Law
