(1)Births and deaths occurring on board ships within territorial waters or airspace of Kenya, shall be registered at the office of the registrar nearest to the port or airport of first arrival in Kenya of the ship or airplane upon which the birth or death occurred.(2)Deleted by L.N. 153/2024, r. 3.
