17. Labelling of designated products and pre-packaged complementary food product
(1)The label of a designated product or complementary food product, shall in addition to the provisions of the relevant written legislation or Kenya standard, contain the name, physical address, website address, email address and telephone number of the manufacturer, seller and, if imported to Kenya, contact information of the responsible importer.(2)Not withstanding subregulation (1), the label of a designated product or pre-packaged complementary food shall not refer to, promote or advertise any other designated product.
