Any health worker who wishes to participate in any interaction with a manufacturer or distributor, for the purposes of professional evaluation, or research on a designated product or pre-packaged complementary food, shall prepare a formal record of the interaction and submit it to the Committee, within thirty days following the interaction.Source: Kenya Law
