40. Seizures
(1)Where an authorised officer finds any designated product or pre-packaged complementary food at any premises and the officer is satisfied, on reasonable grounds, that the goods are—(b)not being sold by an authorised manufacturer, wholesaler, distributor or retailer of goods,the officer may, without laying any information or obtaining any warrant, seize and remove those goods.(2)Seizure of goods under these Regulations and Act by an authorized officer shall be in accordance to Form A and B provided for in the Schedule to these Regulations.
