Sampling and testing of the designated products and pre-packaged complementary food shall be in accordance with the provisions of the Act, the Food, Drugs and Chemical Substances Act (Cap. 254), the Public Health Act (Cap. 242) and the Standards Act (Cap. 496) and any other written law.Source: Kenya Law
