10. Notices of completion of sale of land

A notice sent to a member in compliance with section 43 of the Act shall be in Form BS 9 in the First Schedule and shall state—

(a)the particulars of the land sold;

(b)the amount of money realised by the sale;

(c)the expenses and costs incidental to the sale;

(d)the name of the purchaser of the land.
