3. Establishment of the Bureti National Polytechnic
(1)There is established a National Polytechnic to be known as the Bureti National Polytechnic.(2)The National Polytechnic shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal and shall in its name, be capable of—(b)taking, purchasing or otherwise acquiring, holding, charging or disposing of both movable and immovable property;(c)receiving, investing and borrowing money; and(d)doing or performing and such other act, including entering in such contracts, as may be necessary or expedient for the furtherance of the provisions of this order, and which may lawfully be done by a body corporate.(3)The National Polytechnic shall be the successor to the Bureti Technical and Vocational College existing immediately before the commencement of this Order.
