26. Authority’s right to inspect

(1)The Authority may carry out an inspection on any aspect of the business of the fund either on an ad-hoc basis or on notice.

(2)During an inspection, the fund manager whose fund is being inspected shall be bound to discharge its obligations as provided in these regulations.
