5. Furnishing of information
(1)The Authority may require the applicant to furnish further information or clarifications regarding the fund manager or nature of the alternative investment fund or fund management activities or any other matter connected therewith to the application for grant of approval.(2)The Authority may require the applicant or fund manager to appear before the Authority to make representations in respect of the application.
