23. Appointment and role of trustee
An issuer shall appoint a trustee who shall—(a)be the trustee for the asset-backed securities holders;(b)enforce the rights of the asset-backed securities holders as against the issuer, credit enhancer or any other such person against whom the trustee and the asset-backed securities holders have recourse; and(c)have such other duties and obligations as indicated by the terms and condition of its trust deed.
