An ESOP Unit Trust shall acquire or purchase shares of the listed company from time to time as may be required by the rules of the ESOP.Provided that an ESOP Unit Trust shall not acquire or purchase any securities other than the shares of the listed company for which it is established.Source: Kenya Law
