128. Investment parameters
A special interest collective investment scheme shall acquire or purchase shares of the listed company from time to time as may be required by the rules of the scheme:Provided that a special interest collective investment scheme shall not acquire or purchase any securities other than the shares of the listed company for which it is established.Source: Kenya Law
