51. Pricing of additional shares
The price of additional shares created and payable by the fund manager to the trustee, after the offer period of the initial offer of new fund shall be based on the net asset value of the fund. The same basis in the computation of the price shall also be applicable to the price payable by the trustee on redemption by way of cancellation of shares.Source: Kenya Law
