81. Advertising only for approved schemes
(1)No person shall advertise or make other invitations to the public or a section of the public in Kenya to invest in a collective investment scheme which has not obtained approval from the Authority.(2)Every advertisement or invitation to the public, or a section of the public shall be submitted to the Authority at least forty-eight hours before the date of publication, and may be used until such a significant or material changes arise in the information contained in the advertisement, invitations, public announcement or other promotional materials, after which a new submission for approval may be made to the Authority.
