106. Restriction on lending of money and property

106. Restriction on lending of money and property
(1)A collective investment scheme shall not lend any of the money in the property of the scheme.(2)Purchasing a debenture is not lending for the purposes of subregulation (1), nor is the placing of money on deposit or in a current account.
