133. Trustee’s report to be delivered to fund manager in good time
The trustee’s report shall contain the matters set out in paragraph 5 of the Sixth Schedule and shall be delivered to the fund manager in good time to enable the fund manager include a copy of the report in the fund manager’s report to the holders of participatory interests made on or before the annual income allocation date.Source: Kenya Law
