135. Notice of meetings of participants
(1)A fourteen days’ notice or any longer period of notice specified for the purpose in the trust deed or instrument of incorporation, inclusive of the day on which the notice is deemed to be served and of the day specified under subregulation (2), of every meeting shall be given to the participants in the manner provided for in regulation 137.(2)The notice shall specify the place day and hour of meeting and the terms of the resolutions to be proposed.(3)A copy of the notice shall be sent to the trustee by post unless it is the trustee that has convened the meeting.(4)The accidental omission to give notice to or the non-receipt of notice by any of the holders shall not invalidate the proceedings at any meeting.
