146. Special meaning of participant
In this Part, "participants" means—(a)the persons who were participants on the date forty- eight hours before the notice of the relevant meeting was deemed to have been served in accordance with regulation 137, but excluding any persons who are known to the fund manager not to be participants at the time of the meeting; or(b)in the case of investment participatory interests, participants which were in issue on the date seven days before the notice of the relevant meeting was deemed to have been served in accordance with regulation 137.
