15. Approval
(1)The Authority may, on being satisfied that an application duly made in accordance with regulation 10 meets the criteria for approval and any other relevant requirements as may be required by the Authority, approve the applicant to operate as a collective investment scheme.(2)The Authority shall process the application for approval within sixty days after the applicant submits a complete application to the satisfaction of the Authority.(3)The Authority may, in approving a scheme under subregulation (1), impose such conditions as it may consider necessary.
