25. Revision of information memorandum
(1)An information memorandum shall be reviewed at least once in every two years and such review shall take account of any change or new matter other than a matter which reasonably appears to the fund manager to be insignificant.(2)Notwithstanding subregulation (1), the information memorandum shall be reviewed upon the occurrence of any material change in the matters stated in the memorandum or upon the occurrence of any new material information which ought to be disclosed in the memorandum.
