42. Reporting obligations
(1)A trustee shall maintain, administer, record, account and render reports on custodial assets separately and apart from the trustee’s own accounts and those of each and every other customer’s account.(2)A trustee shall submit to the Authority within twenty-one days after the end of each period of three months, the compliance status of the scheme in accordance with these Regulations.
