79. Due diligence, data security, confidentiality and integrity
An intermediary service platform provider shall—(a)establish appropriate safeguards for ensuring the integrity of the information received and processed through their platform;(b)maintain reliable and secure operating systems;(c)keep copies of all relevant documents for a reasonable period after the date on which the document comes into the possession of their portal;(d)ensure confidentiality and privacy of information;(e)have a call center or establish electronic channels for addressing customer enquiries and complaints;(f)maintain a robust cyber security framework; and(g)exercise due skill, care and diligence in monitoring any function outsourced from external service providers to ensure proper performance of the intermediary service platform.
