11. Conditions for appointment of directors and key personnel
(1)The Authority shall approve the names of the proposed directors and key personnel where such directors and key personnel have met the fit and proper requirements as prescribed under section 24A of the Act.(2)An independent director shall serve for a fixed term of three years and shall be eligible for re-appointment, at the option of a commodity exchange, for one further term.
